The two days will be filled with exercises, and address topics such as page elements, managing styles, working with paths, incorporating external files, managing long documents, and pre-flighting and packaging files for print and web publishing.Īs this is an introductory course, the bulk of our time will be devoted to learning the basic tools available in the program. Participants view many examples of successful design as well as the workflow to accomplish similar projects. Students work to refine their skills both technically and creatively. From importing graphics and using master pages to formatting text and using styles, this course encompasses the basics for anyone diving into this industry-standard software for the first time. This remote workshop teaches participants the ins and outs of Adobe’s extensive design program. A free 7-day trial version of Indesign may be downloaded here. Students will need to have Adobe Indesign on their home computers.
